Utilizing the USPS National Change of Address Link (NCOALink) automatically sends the statement to the patient's most current location ensuring the quickest delivery possible. Statements can be sent to patients via USPS, electronically online or a combination of the two. Once the statement is sent - either through the USPS or online (eStatements) - the RCM Suite allows both online bill payment and automated payment process/lockbox service. The automated payment process allows patient payments to go directly to your bank for immediate deposit and generates an electronic payment file that can be imported to your PMS, eliminating the need to manually post patient payments.
