InteliChart addresses communication/interoperability challenges by providing a single view for all patient clinical data. InteliChart leverages data-sharing for existing disparate clinical information systems from which authorized users can retrieve up-to-date patient information, improving the ability to deliver quality outcomes and enhance care management for a patient population. Utilizing either a centralized or a federated/de-centralized model, InteliChart presents to the regional health information organization (RHIO) a community-wide patient record without geographic restriction to data accessibility.

In addition to an aggregate view of patient data, InteliChart allows the user the ability to select clinical data to import into their local EHR. This health information exchange (HIE) functionality is universal throughout all components of InteliChart (i.e. demographics, medications, allergies, labs, encounters, histories, etc.) and is only restricted according to an authorized user's access security. InteliChart's HIE technology provides communities with a level of clinical data-sharing and workflow efficiencies never before possible, and can be delivered in varying degrees of functionality or completely inactivated if desired.
